  1. Cancellation Policy

      At our pet grooming business, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your pet's grooming appointment. We strive to provide exceptional service and accommodate our customers' needs while ensuring efficient scheduling and optimal care for our furry clients. Please review our cancellation policy below:

      1. Cancellation/Rescheduling by Customer:
        1. If you need to cancel or reschedule your pet's grooming appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment time.
        2. Failure to provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the grooming service cost.
        3. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the situation and explore possible alternatives.
      2. No-Show or Late Arrival:
        1. If you fail to show up for your pet's scheduled grooming appointment without providing any notice (i.e., a "no-show"), a cancellation fee of 50% of the grooming service cost may be charged.
        2. If you arrive late for your pet's grooming appointment and it results in a shortened or rescheduled session, the full grooming service cost may still apply.
      3. Cancellation/Rescheduling by Pet Grooming Business:
        1. In rare cases, we may need to cancel or reschedule your pet's grooming appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather, equipment malfunction, or groomer's illness.
        2. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you as soon as possible and reschedule your pet's appointment at the earliest available time.
      We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy. By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions of our cancellation policy. Our goal is to provide excellent service to both our customers and their pets, and we strive to accommodate scheduling changes while maintaining the efficiency and quality of our grooming services.   2. Refunds
      We want you to be completely satisfied with our pet grooming services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of our services, please let us know immediately. We will make every effort to address your concerns and ensure that you are satisfied with the outcome.

        1. If you are not satisfied with our services and we are unable to address your concerns to your satisfaction, we will offer a refund for the cost of the service. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

        1. Refunds are only available for services that have been completed. We cannot offer refunds for services that have not yet been provided. We also cannot offer refunds for any products or merchandise sold in our facility.

        1. Requests for refunds must be made within 3 days of the date of service. After 3 days, we will no longer offer refunds for the service.

        1. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for any reason. Refunds will not be provided for any damages or injuries caused by the pet after the grooming service has been completed.
